I am not comfortable being required to wager my own deposit just to withdraw it. I contacted support immediately, and the issue was escalated, however I did not receive any follow-up or update from the promotions team for several days and had to follow up myself. My deposit was accepted, but the bonus was casino not on gamstop not applied.
I’ve seen this trick used by a lot of fake crypto casinos lately. No, no legitimate casino will ask you for $100 for account verification. Display as a link instead Yeah i dont know why some casinos have different amount for different methods..im assuming due to charges. Definitely £1 deposit everytime I bust to try and get some kind of redemption lol!

- Hmm funny thing ,in their terms says minimum 3 euros ,but when you go to pay ,i tryed with Skrill it says 10 euros minimum,so maybe with credit card is minimum 3 euros ???

- I was later informed by support that a separate minimum deposit requirement applies, which contradicts the promotion stating no minimum deposit.
- That’s the main issue I’m trying to resolve.

In my case, the promotion was still active when I deposited. I’m pretty sure it said ‘deposit ANY amount and get an extra 100’ but there was also a max cash out attached, of only 5x the deposit so I found the offer to be pretty poor for a low deposit actually. In the end, I had to play my games with just the raw cash. It also feels comparable to being unable to return the item for a refund, and instead only being offered store credit that can only be used under limited conditions and within a set time frame. Although my case is still under review, support has already taken a position that my deposit does not qualify for the bonus.

@mhjahidkb can you name the casino in question please? However, based on everything you have told us, which is not much, it is most probably a scam. If you actually shared the name of the site, we could tell you for sure whether it is a scam or not. That does not mean a site featured there is automatically trustworthy, nor does it mean a site not featured there is automatically a scam. But they’re more of a bonus – i’ve never woke up thinking ‘what a great session’. As for your $20 issue, make the best of what you can afford…never bring more if you can’t afford it! Nothing to do with the post here…but Trump is asking this??? I’m assuming you mean a land-based casino? Anyhow, if getting a clear answer and response from them is more important to you, then you just have to be patient and hopefully they will respond in due time.
